Dr. Erin Forbes is a small animal veterinarian with over 11 years of experience in wellness care, surgery, dentistry, medical management, and exotic pets. She previously served as Medical Director at a Vermont clinic and has special interests in senior and feline medicine, surgery, and pain management. She enjoys video games, time with her young son and nephew, and life with her family and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, "Ca$h." Dr. Forbes is excited to join the Wells Dog and Cat community and build lasting connections with clients and pets.

Dr. Kirk earned her DVM from St. George's University in 2022. She is interested in surgery, internal medicine, and palliative care, and enjoys building strong connections with pets and their families. She lives in Maine with her two labs, Guinness and Bennett, and loves knitting, camping, skiing, and trying new restaurants.

Veterinarian

Pete, a South Berwick native and Northeastern University graduate, began his career in veterinary medicine as Lead Technician at South Berwick Veterinary Hospital, where he worked for 21 years. He later held leadership roles at Frisbie Memorial Hospital before joining Wells Dog & Cat Hospital as Practice Manager. Pete enjoys time with his wife Karen, their son Colin, and their dog Evie, as well as gardening, grilling, and working on their property.

Hailey, originally from Connecticut, moved to Maine with her boyfriend Steven and their pets - three dogs and two cats. With 10 years of veterinary experience in general practice, emergency, and specialty surgery, she is especially interested in animal nutrition and pain management. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys hiking with her dogs, relaxing at the beach, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.

Kevin has been with Wells Dog & Cat Hospital since 2015. He is passionate about veterinary care and an advocate for animals of all sizes.

Bonnie has over 30 years of veterinary experience, with a focus on low-stress handling and creating positive experiences for pets and families. Originally from Massachusetts, she now lives in Maine and enjoys fishing, puzzles, campfires, and caring for special-needs pets.
